The guys did a great job yesterday – and were very accommodating too (putting things back in cupboards that they had to remove.) I gave them regular coffee / tea (and my wife made them a couple of Apple buns too) – and last night I gave them each a bottle of VERY good wine as a small thank you. GW - Hildenborough
This company was recommended by some people on the Nextdoor website. I wanted new lights installed in my kitchen, dining room and conservatory. Karen got back to me within minutes of my email and both Electricians proved to be efficient, friendly and tidy workmen. I will be keeping their business card handy for future use.
Karen recently came to our place on a Sunday afternoon when our kitchen suddenly lost all power. She found and fixed the problem with the breaker very quickly, and also checked the others. She did a great job and we were very pleased to get it fixed so quickly! I recommend her to friends, and will definitely call her the next time we need an electrician.
Karen and her team of electricians are super responsive, very professional, and I love how they book an exact time and appointment with a follow-up confirmation text and email. I feel very confident in the quality of workmanship and know they will go out of their way to fix any electrical issues in my home!
What is really great about Bright Spark Electrical is that they communicate well and get the job done precisely exactly as agreed and bang on time. The job is thoroughly discussed beforehand, you know who is coming and when and have a full list of the parts to be installed. They perform tasks efficiently with no mess. They have done jobs for me in Tunbridge Wells, both in the Culverden Down area and at High Brooms and I would recommend them
