I just wanted to say how amazing your customer service is. You are the first (and only?) trade company that communicates and is efficient from my experience. I really appreciate texts, and emails giving me updates. It means I don’t have the frustration of having to stay in for the electrician all day and waste my time. You run an excellent service. A rapid response An item of household electrical equipment decided to fail. As a result, many electrical circuits in my Home closed down. I contacted Bright Sparks, and an electrician quickly appeared. He calmly checked the circuits and solve the problems. Well done.
This company was recommended by some people on the Nextdoor website. I wanted new lights installed in my kitchen, dining room and conservatory. Karen got back to me within minutes of my email and both Electricians proved to be efficient, friendly and tidy workmen. I will be keeping their business card handy for future use.
