Terry did a nice job. More importantly my wife said, “He can come here any time.” Praise indeed!
We found the service to be friendly and pro-active. We had an appointment quickly and the engineer was able to find the issue, which was not straightforward, within an hour and rewire the effected ceiling lamp and resolve the issue completely within 2 hours. Very methodical and accurate working - most appreciated!
Thank you very much, and please pass on my thanks to Philip who completed the job. I appreciate it was an awkward space for him to work on, but everything was done so well and so quickly - I am very happy with the outcome! Will be returning to you for more jobs soon I’m sure!
Thank you for sending us Phil to restore light to all corners of our home. Most agreeable and efficient gentleman who didn't flinch visibly at the dusty mysterious corners where ancient wires lay in ceiling space and appliances wired from the dark ages.
I just wanted to say how amazing your customer service is. You are the first (and only?) trade company that communicates and is efficient from my experience. I really appreciate texts, and emails giving me updates. It means I don’t have the frustration of having to stay in for the electrician all day and waste my time. You run an excellent service. Your electrician was great and very quick. We will definitely be using you again.
