I had an emergency situation arising from a constantly tripping appliance. A call to Bright Sparks, who have helped me before, led me to their website’s ‘Knowledge Centre’ and although I’ve used similar help sites before this was excellent – clear, well laid out, and logically organised – and as someone with zero electrical knowledge I managed to find the fault myself! I followed up the situation on the phone and got more advice. Really impressed by the Bright Sparks service and will continue to use them and their Knowledge Centre again in the future.
We used Bright Sparks to resolve some electrical problems. They succeeded where previous electricians failed! We found them to be reliable, courteous and fairly priced.
The two guys from Bright Sparks arrived promptly as arranged. Took their outdoor boots off before making their way to the job - a nice touch . Efficient, pleasant; I could not have asked for more. When the invoice arrived I was also pleasantly surprised. Overall a good experience 10/10
After moving house I had a lot of electrical work needed doing. Bright Sparks made a very good job of it all and has left me confident in the electrics in the house. The work consisted of a new fuse box, new lights, switches and plugs etc. The work was carried out in a clean, pleasant manner. I would definitely recommend this company. Margaret C
